• We can make your pick-up from city center hotels ( Besiktas, Sisli, whole Old City area,Taksim ) please ask for other districts 

• In winter time please wear something keeps you warm, we have heaters but only inside 
• Our all yachts has clear covers and heaters so even on winter we can go on our usual service.
• If you want professional guide you need to pay extra 100 Euro 

Children must be take care by their families on board 

• -You can cancel your reservation 72 hours before your tour free of charge.
• -48th to 24 hours cancellation 50% charge.
• -If you fail to cancel we have to apply no-show.

• -Our guides and drivers all vaccinated and wear mask.
• -Our guests are required to wear masks.
• -Our guests who do not have a mask will be given a mask at the entrance.
• -The body temperatures and health conditions of the guests participating in the show will be checked, and our guests with a fever above 37 degrees will not be accepted to the show.
• -Due to social distance, the capacity of the venue has been adjusted to correspond to 35% of the maximum capacity.
