We had a very early leave time and our driver was actually early. Text us and said to just let him know when we were ready. SO nice when you are flying and know you can relax and not stress about if they will be late or not. Could not have been happier!
We were met immediately coming out of the airport. Once in the parking garage we did have to wait for a while for the driver, but not off putting at all. Very smooth and easy. The actual booking was a little confusing for me because I didn’t know the area being unfamiliar with Istanbul. Wish I could have just put in an address from the beginning. I did however, WhatsApp and had all my questions answered super quick. Really appreciated that. Highly recommend

There was no information from you advising that the driver is coming. Nor the name of the driver or the license plate. I requested that, but there was no information at the end. The driver just showed up said my name, and I guess that it was that one. The A/C in the van smell a bit weird, like diesel. Maybe the filter is dirty. He left us on the entrance of boarding lines A-B, but I was traveling business which is line L, so we had to walk all the terminal instead of being drop off closer to there, the driver could’ve asked.
There was only one person helping the people at the meeting point. We had to wait 10 minutes for us to be told to move to the car. Booking process : I tried to make the reservation with American Express, had to talk that with the people in What’sApp and they’ve told me that the website doesn’t support it. Even though you have a logo of AMEX for payment methods, so it’s misleading for me the user.
My fight was not one time. We landed two hours later. The driver was waiting for us. He was very nice and warmfull. Very good service.

We did not have the exact change to pay the driver and he was not willing to give us the change. It costs 35€ and we had a 50€ and asked for 10€ or equivalent lira back and he didn’t want to give the money. My hotel attendant intervened and said he would make change not the driver was debating with the attendant. He wasn’t being rude, probably just trying to say that we can probably have money to give him a 15€ tip. We ended up giving him the 50€ but it didn’t leave a good impression on how we were forced to pay 42% in tip.

All good, except if you order multiple transfers on the same day with the same phone number make sure to reconfirm a few times that you indeed need multiple transfers, the issue was resolved promptly though
