Seven Churches of Revelation Tour (3 Days 2 Nights)

You have the chance to time travel with the Seven Churches of Revelation Tour (3 Days 2 Nights). Explore the holy places mentioned in the Bible with this tour.

Tour Itinerary:

Day 1 Ephesus and Laodicea 

We will pick up our guests from Izmir airport at 08:30. We will set off for Ephesus, one of the "Seven Churches of Revelation". We will visit the Basilica of St. John, the last residence of the Virgin Mary on Mount Solmissos, on a visit to the ancient Greco-Roman city of Ephesus, the most important of the "Seven Churches of Asia Minor". After lunch, we will drive to Laodikeia, an important member of the ancient world.

-Laodicea

The ancient city of Laodicea, one of the oldest and most important sacred buildings of the Christian world, dates back to BC. In the middle of the 3rd century, the Seleucid King II. It was built by Antiochus for his wife Laodice. In the ancient city, we will see the Temple of Zeus, Theatre, Church, Monumental Fountain, Odeon, The Empire Cult, Caracalla Fountain, Syria Street, Sports Hall, and the first stadium of Anatolia. 

Day 2 Pamukkale, Sardis and Philadelphia and Thyatira 

In the morning we will visit the ancient city of Hierapolis, home of the Evangelist Philip. We will take a short break to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Pamukkale and then move to Philadelphia. In Philadelphia (Alaşehir), the smallest of the Seven Churches of Revelation, we will visit the ruins of early Christianity and the city walls on the way. In the afternoon we will visit the ancient city of Sardes, the capital of Lydia. Afterward, we will continue to Bergama to see the remains of the Thyatira church.

Day 3 Pergamon 

 After breakfast, we will depart for Bergama and visit Pergamon Church, red court Acropolis. After lunch, we will drive to Smyrna (Izmir), the recipient of a letter from St Paul praising the early believers for their faithfulness, and visit St. Polycarp Church and a short tour of the city at the end of the tour.  

At the end of this magnificent tour, we transfer our guests to Izmir Airport.
